1. Payment Terms:

Payment for the Easter Intensive Course is non-refundable.
Existing students will be charged according to their selected payment type, utilising their connected payment method.
For split payments, existing students will be charged through direct debit as per their chosen payment plan.

2. New Students Payment Process:

New students will be contacted upon registration for the Easter Intensive Course.
Payment will be facilitated via invoice, with instructions provided in the communication.

3. Payment Options:

Students can choose from the following payment options:Pay in full
Pay over 2 months
Pay over 3 months

4. Payment Confirmation:

Upon successful payment, students will receive a confirmation email including essential course details.

5. Payment Failure:

In case of payment failure for existing students, reasonable attempts will be made to rectify the issue.
Failure to resolve payment issues may result in course cancellation.

6. Cancellation and Refund:

The payment is non-refundable.
Studio 19 may consider transferring payments to a future course for students unable to attend, subject to availability and agreement.

7. Changes to Payment Details:

Students must promptly update any changes to payment details.
Failure to update details may disrupt participation.

8. Health and Safety:

Participants are expected to adhere to health and safety guidelines provided by Studio 19.
Any health concerns must be communicated to the studio in advance.

9. Behaviour Expectations:

Respectful and positive behaviour is expected from all participants.
Disruptive behaviour may result in a participant's removal from the course.

Studio 19 reserves the right to adjust and/or cancel the schedule & event if necessary.

By booking the Studio 19 Easter Intensive Course, participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this booking policy, including payment, health and safety, behaviour expectationst. Studio 19 retains the right to amend or update this policy as necessary, with changes communicated to participants in a timely manner.
